PHILAWSOPHIA is a website meant to help both Philosophy and Law students in doing their academic endeavors. This provides philosophical articles, essays, as well as literary writings from various Philosophy majors, teachers, and students.
In line with the study of Philosophy, this site also provides materials for the study of Philosophy of Law. Thus, this site contains case summaries derived directly from the full text of the cases. Those summaries are written by law students and are meant to help other law students to understand easily the general idea of a particular case most especially the doctrine and philosophy of each law as it was held by the court.
